Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our company which operates in Airline Catering sector.
Giving support for preparing the Menu Presentation by executing the coordination between Head Chef, Cost & Pricing and Sales Department’s employees
Searching the reasons of customer complaints within the company and giving feedbacks to the customers
Generating, updating, distributing the Menu Specifications
Keeping update and valid the operational documents that Operation and Production Departments have, such as flight programs, menu specifications, product cards, loading plans
To be a bridge between company and customers to answer all customer expectations by taking Sales Director and Customer Services Representative’s supports and guides
Supporting the customers and the units to establish and develop the relationship between each other
Performing in other duties that is given by Sales and Services Director
