JustPlanes visited Nepal to film some extreme flights and airports including the most challenging Lukla Airport.

Simikot Airport is an airport serving Simikot, a town in the Humla district of the Karnali zone in Nepal.

The runway is just over 500 meters while the airport is located at nearly 3000 meters altitude! The runway is slanted with a hill at the end.

Notice during the landing another aircraft failed its landing and is located to the side of the runway!
